  • Cardamom, allspice, kava kava, cinnamon, clove, ginger. 

    100% organic 

    Simmer 2T herb in 1c water and 1c coconut milk, or milk of your choice for about 10 minutes. Steep for an additional length of time if desired, then strain and enjoy. Add honey for extra deliciousness.
