Avena sativa is one of my closest most trusted herbal allies. And I have never met a more vibrant batch of fresh wild oats as this one. I use it regularly for maintaining healthy brain and nerve function, for nourishing my nervous system as a tonic and in times of stress, and for inducing a sense of well-bein.
